Add headers Equal length headers paired with sport cats is an awesome sound and power combo punch.

+ In valve closed (non-sport) mode, the exhaust is still very quiet and well mannered. I love this. Quiet when I want it to be quiet and low on the notice band.
+ In valve open mode (sport mode), the Sport Cats provide some really, really interesting enhancements:
+ Spectacular sounds / whistling from the turbo chargers. You cannot believe how subtle but cool these sound. It's amazing.
+ Much deeper/nicer sound on hard acceleration. Nothing that will get you pulled over, but a great/deep/solid sound.
+ Much more interesting burbles on down-shifting.

The only way I can describe it is this. If you have the Targa top down, and you spent extra $$$ on the GTS, there is no better enhancement / bang-for-buck than the Sport Cats. It just brings the car alive a bit more when you want to get on it. And makes the whole experience far more involving and enjoyable.

I had a shop outside Dallas install my Soul Sport Cats but I suspect you could easily install this yourself if you were so inclined.

I hope this helps you.
Awesome in-depth review - glad to hear you are happy! Thank you so much!

I have a Europipe exhaust on my TTS. Really like the exhaust but would like to squeeze a little more sound out of it. Europipe comes with their 100 cell sport cats. Would your cats fit and would I get anymore sound from them?

Our Sport Cats mate up to the factory connection points - if Europipe does - they would work. You would most likely get less sound as a result of the 200 cell cats vs 100, but I do not know the duration (length) and diameter of their cats to compare to the HJS HD 200 cell. I can't comment on their performance and durability either as they provide minimal information on the cat cores themselves. Thank you for considering us!

Is there a reason not to go entirely catless with the o2 spacers over the sport with the 200 cel cats?

A few reasons:

Cat Bypass Pipes are significantly louder
Removing the cats can allow the exhaust to emit a "rotten eggs" smell
O2 spacers are not always successful in preventing a CEL
Emissions testing
Dealership woes

Thanks for the response. Have your sport cats ever been known to cause CEL or smell?

You're most welcome! No CEL, little if any smell as the catalysts are functioning properly.

Thanks Mike. I figured that would be the answer.

Zero issues with my Soul bypass. They NEVER smell. Factory fitament and basically as above the perform as a PSE plus factory option. In normal you can cruise around the neighborhood. Sport significantly increases the sound over stock with lots of burbles. And Sport plus sounds like a mini GT2RS. Cant seem to find a negative with them. Curious how the sound will change with a tune........

Thank you! Ask and ye shall receive - I'll be posting up a video of Cat Bypass Pipes with an ECU tune on the dyno tomorrow!
