Most aftermarket headers will mate to the factory mounting points including the Fabspeed. Our system will indeed bolt up to them. Let us know if you have more questions!

Hey, I'm in the South Bay, nearby Sunnyvale/Santa Clara.

I thought about doing it... but the homelink buttons work great and give me full control, the stock PSE system opens the valves no matter what at 4000rpm and I'm not sure if the aftermarket PSE button would do the same. Besides, you're better off putting that money into the 200 cell headers Although I must say my car is quite a bit louder than Auto Amateurs with the cats + exhaust.

First impression: My ears hurt! It is WAAAYYYYY louder than I expected. The thing sounds like a race car. I am considering switching to the street headers to tame it a bit, although I will give this some time as I understand that the sound will mellow out a bit over time. How long should I give this to mellow John?

The other issue I have it that it smells like it is running rich. I assume the tune will fix this.

Surprisingly, I find the valves closed position to be a bit more quiet than the stock PSE. It's amazing how this thing goes from luxury car quiet to race car loud with the press of a button.

I unboxed this and adored it's beauty a few times before having it installed.
Yeah I have a similar setup(street headers), it's very very Loud! It definitely mellow out a bit though, also make sure your exhaust tips aren't vibrating as well. I agree with the quietness, its about as quiet as stock with valves closed, but extremely loud with them open. Did you get a tune? I'm still debating on the cobb or softronic tune.

The Softronic tune is a highly dialed in map right from the start. The Accessport is a device with a base map where you would need to pay extra for a pro tune. If you plan on switching lots of maps or use the features of the Accessport it may be beneficial but if you're looking for a one and done deal you can't beat the Softronic tune!

Default SOUL sport headers and switched exhaust on 911.1 4S

My local indie (Eurohaus in Lenoir City TN) installed the Soul sport headers and switchable exhaust installed on my 991.1 4S about a month ago and it puts a smile on my face every time I start it up. I did not have PSE so the change was very dramatic (that's my car in the post #114 of this thread). I agree with others who said the system is fairly loud and aggressive compared to stock. To me, the sound with the valve open is glorious, but there are times when I want a quieter car, so the switchable feature of this exhaust system was a must. When my wife is riding with me or I want to listen to media I have the valve closed (mufflers active), but most of the time the valve is open so I can enjoy the engine sound.
I was initially hesitant to order it having never heard one in person, but the many positive reviews and the explanation I received from the nice folks at Soul about how the system would work on my non-PSE car convinced me that this was the right system for my car. Eurohaus did a fantastic installation job and it was the first Soul exhaust they'd installed. The Soul build quality, performance and reputation of the company impressed them enough that they became a Soul dealer.

I’m about ready to pull the trigger on this but I hate drone, I even hate the little bit of added drone the sound symposer adds, my question is with valves closed is this just as drone free as the stock PSE? Also how about drone with valves open, thanks!

I've had the street headers and the valved exhaust for over 9 months now and have found that with the valves closed the drone is the same as when it was PSE --- there just isn't any!!! With the valves open it will drone when the engine is 'laboring' - e.g., using cruise control and going up a slight incline -- when it does that I either give it more gas or close the valves. I just have not had to worry about drone with this system -- to me, it works just like I would expect it to....

Thank you so much for chiming in with your feedback! We are always looking to work with good people, and it was great to connect with the Eurohaus team through your project

So to be clear reading all of the replies - the full exhaust is crazy loud as it’s basically a straight pipe system (valves open) with anti drone resonators installed on the center section.
