Thanks very much! By the way, you should come to the TrackXperienz event in August. It would be great to meet you and see you put that car and our headers to use

You could take a high definition photo and tape it to the engine cover when you open the decklid...

I wish SOUL made dual tips for the 991.1 that would fit the factory PSE exhaust. I think only Fab makes them now

We're happy to announce that our Valved Performance Exhaust is now available for the base non-PSE models as well! The design mirrors our existing system for PSE cars with slight modification to the factory side mufflers required to give your Porsche the exhilarating exhaust note it deserves!

How does the sound/volume compared to the Tubi exhaust systems? I tried 4 different exhaust configurations (pse, awe, fvd, and tubi) and found that the tubi was perfect. I sold that car and was looking to get an exhaust for my current car but am hesitant to spend that much money to get the tubi again. Champion offered a discount but still spendy.

Summing up the overall product design - we wanted to maintain an acceptable volume with valves closed and have valves open mode be as straight through as possible without incurring any drawbacks in sound quality. There are a lot of exhausts out there so we evaluated how we could build a very aggressive system that doesn't involve several pieces and replacing your entire exhaust.

The factory side mufflers do a fantastic job of keeping sound level and quality very refined - so we feel it made sense to incorporate them into our design. If you look at the flow path of our design, it's a straight shot out for maximum power and sound. In the process of doing so, you open up frequencies across the board of desirability - good and bad. After lots of testing our helmholtz resonators effectively target and reduce undesirable traits such as drone in the cruising range. In summary, if you like it loud, aggressive, and you find the 991's burbles delightful - it's a great choice. Need to make a phone call? Just close the valves and you're cool to cruise.

I hope I did a thorough job of describing the experience. I welcome you to give it a shot and if you find it's not to your liking - we will take it back.

Little update for everyone, we will have have three tip options available for these systems shortly. Black Chrome, Polished Chrome, Carbon Fiber. If you don't see one of these tip options available on our website yet and would like to discuss it for your car, don't hesitate to ask!

Best regards,
John Gaydos
