Looks like a nicer match and it just sticks out further than the AWE so it may diffuse air better.

Showed up today. Wins the award for overpackaging. Bag, box, plastic, foam, another box, bag.Next time, throw 'em in a padded envelope and save me $20 on shipping. Looking forward to trying them out!

That must be Soul's shipping - they ship their exhaust parts like its Murano glass - I'm a fan tbh

Anybody has any experience having to remove one of these? I'm wondering how difficult it'd be down the line

Yep! Fabspeed and Soul both responded quickly with same RL price. Soul's reply came in about an hour before Fabspeed's, so to be fair I ordered from Soul.

Install takes 5 min, including gathering supplies. Happy with how they look. No one would notice them if not pointed out. The little Blackmill sticker comes off easy. Haven't driven on freeway yet to test.

Out of curiousity, why would you not buy it directly from Blackmill?

I had the AWE ones on the Carrera, they neither fit well nor work well especially at track speeds, so I'm thinking about getting these - let me know how that highway test goes. As long as they're easily removable, I honestly don't care about the looks, purely about function for me.

I went on a little drive at Bear Mountain today - I'm not sure why but the wind buffeting seems worse in the 991.2 cars, I wonder if it's due to that opening at the base of the mirror? Or maybe I don't remember how bad it was w the C4S without the AWE

A few minutes with a hair dryer to loosen them up and they will come right off.

Pricing was slightly cheaper from Soul and Fabspeed than direct from Blackmill. In any case, rather pricey for a couple small metal triangles, but if they work I'll be happy. Will post up after I try them on the freeway.

I like the DRIVE SAFE admonition at the end of the install directions. I always drive safe. Fast, sometimes. But always safe.

I'm looking forward to hearing your review of how well they cut down on wind-noise and/or buffeting.

Hey, that's my line, and has been for years but I added to it.

I have read that the Blackmills might work slightly better, which may benefit the track guys, but otherwise the AWEs look much more subtle, and work fine for me.

Personally, I don't think they are very noticable at all, unless you already are looking for them. I only installed the driver's side one. That's the window I am most likely to have down, causing the wind buffeting.

Without mentioning them to anyone around here, I am curious to see if anyone comments on them. If not, I will assume that no one notices them.
