Only thing I want are better cup holders.

Oh, I’d also like one touch on the top up/down. I guess it is a safety thing.

P.S. if the wipers swung the other way, they wouldn't clear the upper left corner of the windshield.
2. Less road noise - A lot of audio stores will install sound proofing in door panels, wheel wells, frunck etc. It works amazing Have you looked into this?

4. Better voice recognition - I use Apple CarPlay because voice recognition is so much better. Have you tried CarPlay?

I know its extra cost and work and should be included, but its inexpensive fix.

I love my car, but...

1. Start/Stop: Remove it or default to "off". What a nuisance.
2. Option for more sound deadening. I'll gladly take another 50 pounds of it. The car's interior is unbelievably noisy on certain road types.
3. More standard features like steering wheel mounted controls, auto dimming mirror, and others that don't have much to do with weight. They should regard it as an embarrassment.
4. Standard sport exhaust like the 718.
5. MORE PAINT CHOICES. Egad. It's pathetic.
6. I'd prefer a mechanical brake but realize that won't ever happen.
7. Get rid of Bose and find a better vendor. When I replaced the tweeters I couldn't believe the cheap crap that Bose puts in. In fact, one of my friends is in that business and was joking with some Bose guys about the crap they put in cars. I could spring for the Burmeister, but for me, I just want a good basic sound system for talk radio and music once in awhile.
8. Give me a few more options on sport tex seats and also on the 14-way.

That's all for now. Lol.

- Agree about the parking brake location
- Would like to have push button start, yeah the dummy key is lame
- Screens for all 911 for the radiators in front
- base stereo should be Bose or ??
- All 911 should have leather standard
- Why I am wishing how about lower prices.....
- And the ability to have the a/c heater totally off when you start the car.

Agree on both points. Have you looked at Ultimate Cupholders and a Smart Top?

I had Smart Top in my 997 cabriolet and it was great. I just haven't gotten around to installing it in my 991.

Smarttop is worth every penny just for the one touch. Ability to open/close at 40mph is a bonus, not to mention remote open/close.

Thanks for the tips, but on this forum, there have been mixed reviews about the sound proofing. As I recall, one member did install sound proofing in the rear fender wheels and doors and found a benefit. I will probably try that at some point.

As to CarPlay, unfortunately, I'm an Android user and Porsche has not seen fit to offer Android Auto, so I'm out of luck for now.

These are always so illustrative threads, because they show how much more the new wave of 911 owners has changed even more so than the 991 itself.

I find the steering wheel needs slightly more padding.

Brakes with improved dusting behavior as a factory option without the exorbitant cost of PCCBs. I'd be willing to sacrifice hard-core trackability since autocross is my personal limit. I get friggin tired of the wheels looking really dirty well before the rest of the car.

1. Standard full interior leather

2. Option to delete PCM and radio

3. Heads-up display option

4. Tire temperature monitor

Replace cheap flimsy plastic window switches with something more substantial and durable. Kia-quality in a 6-figure Porsche is unacceptable!
