I keep going back and forth on the idea. Spirited road driving in a lot of ways is more dangerous than track driving in my opinion . Not to say track driving isn’t dangerous mind you, just that a track is designed for fast driving where most roads are not. I have never wrecked a car with anyone in the car with me. Or into in one else. However when driving alone I tend to push the limits to the very edge and have found myself doing the blue, green, blue, green sudden stop thing more than once. I usually always put some type of cage in my cars now. I just don’t know if I like the look of it in the Porsche’s

Anyone know if the T pccb discs and calipers are the same size as the gt3?

I believe they are. Admittedly I don’t know for sure. I just read another thread where that comment came up and the answer was yes they were the same size but they believed the master cylinder was different. This was deduced from a back to back test drive where the pedal in the GT3 seemed to be stiffer/harder than the C2S with the same brakes.
I know I upgraded my base cayman with S brakes and the GT3 master cylinder because everyone that did the same upgrade on a base without upgrading the master cylinder found they had a soft pedal.
I think Porsche might have updated the pressure on the GT variant.

Anyone see this?

I took delivery of my 2019 Carrera T last week, but couldn't get any of the 'Connect" services to work correctly, to include the internal hot spot.

Talked to Porsche Connect folks and they told me that the reason is because the data for the 2019's has not been entered into the system yet and that it should be ready on the 1st of September.

Anyway, just thought I'd pass that along

gabbar,
Guards Red Carrera T matches up nicely with the Golden Gate Bridge, especially the interior shot showing red 911 logos on headrests and red seatbelts. Great job with the photos!

I followed GT3 recommendation, under 4000 for first 1000miles, under 5000 for 2000 miles, then no restriction.

Gabbar
great pics. Looks like you know what your doing with a camera. I just picked up a beginner DSLR to take pics of my Cayman before I trade it and my T after I collect it. Hopefully I can get some shots as good as yours.
Congrats on the T

Looks like a lot of fun.
Did you make any mods to the car or are you running in stock form.
I am curious what your thoughts are compared to other Porsche’s

I’m finally getting around to ordering my 911T tomorrow. Looks like an early November delivery. It has been an interesting process using the on-line configurator.
