Congratulations! Car is beautiful, and happy to see another T with the original badge!
Just a small clarification: Although I used glue to attach the screw connector to the original pins, they were also threaded there. I think it would be next to impossible to remove them without actually breaking the original pins off the badge.
This is such a simple mod, but I think brings a lot of character to the T.

In true Porsche fashion, the T is most likely a late model cycle addition to the line. I think it would be years before a T was offered in next generation model.
That said, anyone want to sell their White Carrera T?
Also, a few more questions:
1) Anyone know model T production numbers?
2) Anyone go for a super low spec'ed T - what was your option list?

Someone is tracking estimated production numbers in another "T" thread. That thread has lots of great info too. I seem to be one of the few who kept my build to as few options as possible. I stuck with GT Silver, Bi-Xenon upgrade to get the black headlights, Chrono pack, 20" Carrera Sport wheels, LWBS, Fire extinguisher, sport chrono dial in Gaurds Red, steering wheel and shifter in alcantera and Carrera T interior package. I felt that was the best combination for me!

Mine is Racing Yellow (standard colour and lighter in weight than metallic paint, apparently) with standard 7-speed manual. Carrera T interior package, heated multi-function wheel and the Sport Chrono clock. That’s about it. Loving it.

Some have gone more low spec than that!

Day 2 in the life of my red t. I am taking it slow for break-in. I am not disappointed. The car is amazing, the shifting is smooth. I may never see 7th gear.
thank you to this forum, for all opinions, and information. Love the glass roof, and sunlight!
