Hey y'all, starting my P-car journey and going to start with a Carrera T. If anyone is considering selling theirs please let me know. No rush however, going to take my time on this one. Any if anyone is in the Seattle area, I'd love to hop a ride/test drive in one as well!

Hey there. I’m selling my 2018 white 7sp t. With alcantara interior. Red belts. Amazing condition 16k miles. Custom 6k wheels. Brand new stock ones. Giac tune. Numeric racing shifter. It’s like a rifle bolt. Giro disk slotted race rotors. Have brand new stock. Akropovic exhaust. And stock.
the car is amazing to drive. It actually feels naturally aspirated but with a ton of power. The car has never been near a track or raced at all. I just like knowing like most that the power is there for that occasional on ramp burst.
has ppf as well. It’s immaculate. Pictures upon request at raceguy1137@aol.com.
Asking 125k. Thanks.

Just curious but when are you planning to drop the price? It's been listed for the past 2months at an asking price of 120-125k(you increased it to 125k) which means the market has spoken in regards to your car/spec/mods/etc. If a car is underpriced on Rennlist it sells within hours, if its fairly priced it will sell within a few days but if its overpriced then it just sits.

His/her car = his/her price. I’d assume, like most of us T owners, they know the market and if they want it to sell where to price it. Many T owners are enthusiasts and don’t truly want to sell or need significant convincing (high asking prices). Heck, mine is for sale too at $150k 🤣 + a GT4 RS allocation. In other words, it’s not really for sale.

991.2 prices have been increasing for the last 3 months. Especially the manuals. With some low mileage examples selling for 10K over original MSRP
Given the amount of money spent by the previous owner, that car is well priced.

It's been for sale since 12-21-2021 which to me means its not "well priced." Also the owner has gone up from 120k(that it never sold for) to 125k and it's still not selling. If something is "well priced" it typically sells in a week or less on Rennlist which is not the case here.

Selling a car with mods is a bit more challenging.
Rationally you would think the mods are 'added value' that should increase the selling price, but often it's the reverse.
OP could probably return the car to stock, sell the mod parts separately, and come out further ahead.
That being said, the owner has a price where it's worth it for him to sell, and he's sticking to his guns. Got to appreciate that.. car dealers do it all the time. Butt for every seat, and all that.

Three Wheelin'
A) This isn’t a for-sale section
B) this is an owners thread, probably not a lot of prospective buyers here (read the crowd…)
C) As a recent buyer I passed on this car because there were better spec’d T’s with less than half the miles for $10k+ less
D) Mods make the potential buyer pool shrink, and even then the mods will at best add 50% of their cost to the car value, if someone actually wants a modded car.
In conclusion, why would anyone buy this car when others with less miles can be found for considerably less and then the mods can be added for less than the difference with this car?

Not that my experience means much but I sold my stock 2019 T to the first gentleman who came to see the car for the asking price of 106k. Less than 5K miles. MSRP was 110.
