Now that these cars have been getting some more mileage, any other problems to report ? I'm on my second 991.2 and these are the problems that I have faced with both:

991.2 Coupe (14.000 km):

- A lot of rattles even when the car was new. I had to take it to the dealer and they changed the rear seat belts because they were making a lot of noise.
- The car develop a estrange noise (like a bang when the engine was running....) that the dealer was never able to find what it was (sold the car to them soon after this happened).

991.2 Cabriolet (10.500 km):

- Front windshield changed since the seal was melting. It was very noticeable and you could see some black gooey material in the front pillars.
- Preventive water pump change done by my local dealer.
- AC compressor failed the first day since it wasn't filled with oil in the factory.
- Can't really tell about rattles since the car is a cabrio and it's much noisier that the coupe (worst with the top down).
- I drive a lot with my top down. Maybe because of the up/down of the top, its showing some early signs of wear on the side. This is strange since I make sure I keep it clean and sealed with the recommended type of products. Nothing major but you can see some fabrica wear after a year and a half...

What about Turbos or other parts of the engine ? Anybody with problems ?

Any problems with the PDK ?

15 months and 6,200 miles, no squeaks or rattles. No problems, thankfully. I did swap out the wheels this summer (same tires, though). Car has been fantastic!

16000 over 2 years. Zero issues. Properly driven twice a week. I bought a 19 Ram about a year ago, 8000 miles. I go to the shop this week for the 8th time. 991.2 is a keeper.

2019 C2. Daily driver. 4500 miles in 4 months - on pace to put on 13 - 14K per year. Had some rattles from new - they all resolved themselves in the first month. everything perfect since then.

991.2 Carrera T. I’ve had it for 15 months from new and covered 18,600 miles so far. (Could mine be the highest mileage T out there?)

Very happy with the car. Only issue has been a faulty thermostat that was replaced by the Porsche Centre hassle-free under the warranty.

2017 C2. 15k miles. No big issues. A few minor rattles. Never got the voice command working. Pcm reboots now and then. Tracked 4 times, seems rock solid.

19 CT with just over 11,000 miles in about 8 months. A couple track days in there too. No issues at all. Solid as a rock.

I have a 2017 C2S Cabrio. It was delivered with a frozen AC compressor. The dealer replaced the compressor but would not replace the belt even though the paint on the compressor pulley was burnt and blistered. He said Porsche would not pay him for the belt since it visually showed not damage. I also had a bad left front front shock with fluid leaking from the front end lifter portion of the shock. Dealer replaced the shock and noisy front end lifter pump under warranty.

5K miles since January in my C4S. Currently on a long trip from Florida to Alabama to North Carolina and within a few weeks back to Florida.

No problems, no persistent noises or rattles, pulls like a freight train and was a blast in the "Tail of the Dragon".

WOW! Way to use your car - love the color too.

15K miles in 1.5 years and water pump issue for me and a few rattles - one that I still need to track down. Very solid car so far.

Top post. Keeping component manufacturers up to standards must be a nightmare, but the engineering of these cars allows arter to have no more problems than with a garage queen.
