Other headers for the TT that I've come across in my research:
  • GMG
  • Fabspeed
  • Agency Power
  • Cargraphic
  • FVD
  • iPE
  • Vektor - supposed to come out "soon"
Other unique points - the GMG is 321 stainless steel - everything else is 304 SS, except for the Inconel 625 Klines; and the FVD touts itself as being manufactured without utilizing mandrel bending.

As far as I can tell, they should all work with the OEM cats.

Are you saying that Meth causes a specific problem for cats, or just that if you were seeking the power levels associated with running Meth, that you'd delete the cats at that power level?
Very good question. Primarily to help EGT and back pressure with the tiny VTG's for a safer tune. Secondarily, depending on the amount of Meth used, it "can" be tough on cats.

Thanks, I've used this as a guide to looking for ELH options. Details I've found:
Agency Power does not offer a header for 991 Turbo.
FVD is by far the lowest cost header at $1.5K, but is non-equal.
Fabspeed $2.1k non-equal, IPE non-equal.
Cargraphics photo looks to be non-equal $2.1k.
That leaves the only options for ELH I can find as Kline $2.7k and GMG $3.2k (ouch)

Am I missing any other ELH option?

I asked FVD about their headers, and Rhonda replied that they are equal length. But I'm skeptical because given their photos, I just don't see how that can be - the tubing just does not look equal, no matter the perspective.

Also, I recently talked to Vektor, and their TT headers plan is on indefinite hold due to logistical issues, so I would not wait for them.

^ r00t Thanks again! my conclusion that Agency doesn't offer 991 Turbo is based on looking directly at their website; odd.

I agree about the FVD appearance as non-equal. Very helpful link to the better price on the Kline - if I do this at all, looks like that will be the pick.

You guys missed quite a few brands here

ES motor manifold is Equal Length
9FF manifold is Equal Length

agency power, fabspeed, Ali express all looks the same, don’t let the coating fools you. Just my opinion.

I prefer the collector of 9FF (which is very similar to ES motor) more than Kline. Again, just my opinion.

I think the best manifolds available for our cars are
ESmotor
Kline
9FF

not true atleast for me.

I purchase a 991.2 gts, Cobb tune came in and I was so excited I installed it. Forgot I haven’t done by vin check and smog yet to transfer title, so I removed the tune, went in for a smog and failed.

was told to “drive 100 miles” to reset the sensors to ready. Didn’t work. Found online the proper way to reset them and then went back to the smog and check for readiness, and passed.

I have the inconel on my 996, love it, sounds fantastic.
