Too flashy of a car for me. I’d rather have a full modded 991.2TTS that goes low 9’s and high 8’s (like my boy Dave Briegs!)

Still, though...... 9.33@150+ mph STOCK!!

If I had that kind of financial fortitude, there would definitely be one in my garage, along with a built TTS.

Come on you 991TT's, can't you keep up?! You're going to let a crusty ancient ole 997.1TT with a 6 speed manual get ya??!! This is with 3/4 tank fuel and a lazy 0.4 second shift! 52 degrees F ambient, 330 feet above sea level. I know, I'm bragging. Lots and lots of your cars will kill mine of course, and ALL of your cars will KILL mine from a dig.

Of course, this is all Sam's (ByDesign) doing!

Yeah!! That's moving OUT for sure!! Nice job.

Of course from a dig, a Stock PDK would get ya to the 1/8 at least but to be honest, that's not how 90% + of people use their cars. You're way more likely to get into a "Roll" race (in Mexico) before having a chance at a dig race on the streets. So, yes, that's making great power.

Is this on Pump gas or higher octane tune of any kind?

This is on crappy west coast 91 Pump plus methanol. I haven't run my e85 tune yet- that makes another 100 more HP at the wheels. The full disclaimer is that my car is not stock and is running Xona turbos and has been upgraded to 3.8L with rods and head studs too. And a big dash of Sam's secret tuning sauce.

That 108+ in the 1/8 looks Great!!! Hoping mine will do that from a Dig too. All I have to go on were those soft roll outs.

6.50 1/8 is Awesome as well!

and the 0-60 in 2.4 is outstanding too.

1.57 60ft is smoking for the street!!

I hope we'd be real close in power I'd think.

Yeah, the 1/8 mile is stout! ET in the 1/4 is not too bad.. your 60-130 is considerably faster than mine.

That’s really awesome! And it also shows how the numbers can vary so don’t get hung up on them too much. When it comes down to a couple of tenths at least. Because it will eventually do it maybe not every single time. Hey Keith! Are we going to see you shopping for a 991 soon? Ha ha I’m just kidding enjoy that manual gearbox buddy! She’s moving out pretty good you’ll have to get us some numbers on the ethanol file!

Yes he is. I'd be happy with his numbers.

Hope I can get some "from a dig' numbers soon.

Thanks guys! Yes, the car hauls a$$, thanks to Sam's prowess- he did the build. The numbers don't truly tell the whole story, for sure. The car feels pretty visceral and old school and it is loud and rowdy. It positively screams when those Xonas are spooled. I'm sure anyone can hear it from more than a mile away when it's on step. It's my daily, so I am in automotive heaven.

I'd love a 991TT....but I'm certainly loving the old 997.1TT right now. It's nice and old school compared to the newer cars.

Sam, I think on a good day, it will run 4's 60-130 on e85.......as you remember, it made a full 850HP and 810 ft/lbs at the wheels.

Love it! I meant both but actually in that first line comment I meant Lawrence‘s car. That’s moving out pretty good!
