The polyurethane sealant is optional when doing the installation. It's widely used in the body shops for aftermarket parts for extra security.

These vents are extremely time-consuming to make but our second batch will be ready next week guys! Will PM everyone who's in the second batch shortly.

jsbihn : Your set will be in the third batch and we will announce once we are close to finish. (approximately next 2-3 weeks)

Does the sealant you include with our orders damage the paint? Or can it be pealed off safely?

The sealant will not damage the paint and it can be removed with an adhesive cleaner, one of the products we use is
adhesive remover

Buy some 3M tape. I have the GT3RS side vents that are just as large and the front is secured with 3M tape.

I am curious are these an exact replica of the GT3 RS vents just in carbon fiber (and smooth, no three little fin thing).... or is there another difference?
I want to make sure that I am getting exactly what I am looking for

OnFire,
Thanks for the info.....
Just to clarify... So they are the exact same as the GT3 RS just smooth? No differences otherwise?

As far as I can tell, yes. Even have the oem clips on the back to snap into place.

How to install...pull like a *****!

They came out abruptly. Sounded like they broke but they were good.

This plastic tool/hook helped-

Did you use the trim removal tool to help pop out the OEM vent cover? From the pics, it looks like you just I used your fingers. Thanks in advance for your response👍

yes I ended up using the trim removal tool on one side that was being stubborn. One side popped out just using my fingers and pulling. Also the carbon fiber intakes aren’t perfectly flush so I’ll use the supplied glue and some how press them against the side while they dry.

Careful the tabs break off easier than the oem ones
