It is most certainly a nice, form finished piece.

Default Yes….

I think you made a great choice in upgrading the .1 SD wheel to the .2 wheel, regardless of MF control.

That said, I would go so far as to say that the .2 wheel is a *mandatory* upgrade over the .1 MF wheel.

This is exactly why I waited until 2018.

Cannot stand the .1 version.

Yes, it is most certainly different.

It's the roof rack that drew me in...

Those strut towers would last all of 4 minutes on the open road...

Yeah, it's kind of like how someone who has never off-roaded at speed might design an off road vehicle.

But the shock towers probably safe, since it would crack a rim or pinch-flat a tire on the first real impact anyway...

That was a significant impact to do that kind of damage.

It’s cool looking, but like others have noted: a sheep in wolf’s clothing.

That written, as long as I can get two 928 heads in it, it might almost work as a shop truck.

It does need at least 1” more ride height so that it has non-zero suspension travel so as to be able to navigate the potholes to and from my various suppliers of services.

But, some folks would then complain that it looks like a 4x4…
