Great upgrades!! I have a 2015 TTS and want Carplay too (will likely go with the NMB model - heard great things). Do you know if it impacts the Burmeister sound system at all using Carplay?
Also, where did you get your upgraded rear camera and do you happen to have a "how to" for installing it? I want to upgrade mine too. Looks amazing compared to that crappy 1990's rear camera that came stock.
Adds a great splash of color. Well, my world record on most expensive gauge swap continues:
Labor at Porsche for this was:
Instrument Panel Cluster (Black to Yellow) - $828. The ended up doing a full swap of the gauges and putting my black dials in the new instrument cluster I bought (not sure why)
Chromo Black to Yellow - $310
So, add this up the total invested was $2,638. BUT, the party ain't over. The yellow chrono dial I bought is a shade or 2 lighter than the OEM Racing Yellow AND the Chrono Gauges are different as the timer numbers are printed black versus the porsche OEM numbers that look black but are clear (and at night they light up white). SO, it will run me another $500-$800 to make it right.
Great investment of about $3,400.
At any rate, be careful when going down the gauge/chrono color replacement path.
Took my (new to me) 991T to Penske "Cars & Coffee" at Ferrari of Scottsdale and my car was photographed and posted as part of the show pictures
Very cool
^ Please do post your views on the difference in the ride and handling with the tire change! Even though this is a familiar subject, I think we all benefit from reading about it because the geographic differences make everyone's ride experiences unique.

+1. I am at the end of the proverbial rope with the stock P-Zero's.

I was planning on making it out to this, but other plans got in the way. My business partner was out there with his silver 991.2 Turbo though and said it was a good time. I am looking forward to future events now that the AZ weather is starting to become more bearable in the AM.

Sorry you did not make it out...was a decent turn out but as you know nothing like in the winter. And agree the weather is finally starting to turn and the CnC numbers will pick up.
What do you drive? Will look for you at the next one! I usually roll with my buddies...one with a Jag F Type R (pictured behind me in above pic) and the other in a Sheepy built R8 (badass car).

Is there a regular schedule in the winter when they do this at Penske? I'm sure I'll be out to visit my parents at Desert Mountain for a couple weeks this winter and would love to stop by.
