Important to note that as pads wear and thin, the rate of wear and heat transfer to pistons and fluid increases. It is an exponential function more than a steady rate.

You can see the line on the caliper and the wheel barrel chipped the yellow paint a bit.
Ugh! I know some people who have ran them on forgelines, but not with slicks.

how is she running? How are you dealing with rake on the 19’s?

On the PFC’s I was really impressed. While expensive at first, they are pretty cheap to run and pads are massive so hopefully they last a little longer than my old setup. Probably they pay off after a season and a half vs the Carbon Ceramics.

(Edit: I just emailed Tom at TPC to get pricing so I can wrap my head around another mod!! He gave me a very reasonable price, so something to think about.)
they are really remarkable. On the compound you will need to ask Mike. I have not driven the car since the 48hr as it has been at the shop getting a makeover ha!!!

I know he spent a lot of time getting the rear pads and calipers sized appropriately for the turbo which I’m assuming would be a little different on the 2RS given the weight distribution difference.

For the life of me, I cannot understand why Porsche won't make these seats (or a DOT compliant version) available in the US!!! Same with the half cage the rest of the world gets. If BMW can ship the M4 GTS with a half cage, so can Porsche!!!

Nanook -
The greasy look is due to the Leatherique treatment I'm doing on both sets of seats. Once I wipe it with the cleaner spray, it'll look matte again. Thus far, I'm impressed with the Leatherique as I just finished wiping down the OEM 14 ways and they look (and smell) factory fresh!

Hey guys, i don't want to hijack this forum. So please PM me. It looks like my body mods are going to be much more extreme than originally anticipating. Therefore i will be parting with all of the GT3 RS / Cup body parts. This includes all OEM front bumper, radiators, duct work, fenders, fender extensions, wheel housing, etc.

Hey guys. Thinking about an alignment.

Curious how much neg camber can be achieved in the front with an alignment on stock suspension. Would love to see your before and after spec sheet.

Thx.

EDIT attached the stock spec sheet. Curious how much neg camber you guys are getting up front on stock suspension? And I presume more caster will result in the car being "tail happy"??

Same here! It really annoys me. They say the certification is too expensive because most Americans want the sofas (and the rest does not fit in the buckets ). I am hoping we get the lightweight package with buckets for the 992 TTS. That would be a reason for me to upgrade.
