I tried tubeless 3-4 years ago and loved the ride. Only got 700-800 miles out of a rear tire though. Usually do most of my own maintenance stuff. After watching shop mechanics struggle to get tubeless inflated I went back to tubed. Never had a flat. They were just too much PIA. I think the tech is much better now and will probably go back some day
The trick to inflating tubeless systems is to remove the valve core during the first inflation to get the beads seated. You probably won't have to go over 35 psi for that first inflation. Then remove the pump head which will release all the air, install the valve core and re-inflate. You can do this with a floor pump about 90% of the time, but for especially tough setups you might need a compressor.
Just be careful because without the valve core the tire will inflate to full pressure in less than 3 seconds when using a compressor. FYI most shop mechanics suck so don't let their struggles dissuade you from any sort of work.
