I do like meat. Trying to branch out and eat pork in addition to steak. It was a Sakura pork chop which was well marbled which I asked for medium rare. Very enjoyable. Only thing is I try to stay away from sugar so I guess more cookies and sweets for mooty. Down to 207lbs so the no sugar low carb thing seems to be working and I usually only eat once a day.
There is a group of restaurants around philly, they do an excellent job and this was opening night at one and another opened a couple weeks ago and I have not been yet has put a Florentine powerhouse for two on the menu at my suggestion so now I have to go and eat it by myself. I will try to remember to get pics. They also have a fried pork shank appetizer I want to try.

Next time I’m racing at NJMP, I’m stopping by you to eat ton of meat together. Should have done it this summer when I was down there.
Went into Mars Bank early in the pandemic with mask. Felt very strange going in a bank with face covered. Bldg in Mars on main drag. Main Street = Grande Ave Space ship in town square
