just got back, let's discuss value of porsches

In Italy, you have to have prosciutto (and gelato) every day, no shortage of options.
My favorite "street food" was a nice porchetta sandwich.....
....especially when it's presented like this.
And here are some ribs I smoked and then finished on the grill last week.
And to make sure I contribute something on the bike side, here is my new Dogma K10S. Loving it.

OMG all I want to do is eat now. Trying to figure out how to get to Barcelona or Milan next weekend to ride/eat.
Awesome K10S. How well does the rear shock work? Solid while putting down the power; compliant over bumps?

Thanks. The rear suspension works amazingly well. On smooth roads, you won’t notice it’s there/it doesn’t really get engaged. On rougher roads, it comes into play (as does the more compliant chain stays) and I don’t feel any loss of power. It’s adjustable. The geometry is slightly different than the F10 which also contributes to a smoother ride (especially on longer rides), as does 28 tires. The nsw wheels are killer. Very happy with it.
I had 404 firestrike clinchers before my clincher cull and thought them good. used the zipp brake pads against the dimply aero wheel surface and it was warm butter against a cheese grader! Went through sets in days!

Oh, colour . Miss my cipo. On a shake down ride before Dana point gp two years ago i launched my etap rear mech like a roulette pin into my spokes (grabbed, ahem, a ten speed cassette night before). Frame repainted well and regretfully sold .with lightweights snappiest bike I've owned .

I dunno here we are in 2018 figuring out if the Earth is flat and/or if mooty knows his zeit. All I know is this madman is on two wheels probably more than he is on 4 Wheels. In fact if I have to see that Tour de France pose on one of those bikes ever again when I’m cruising through my favorite NorCal roads in a porsche I might just have to eat 12 of those jelly doughnuts. Mooty doesn’t like Italian trash when it comes to cars. Nor English reliability. He’s usually right. Except about those four point ohs. So silly of him to drive those instead of fluff them for 200 miles a year.
