is this the thread for off topic non value conversation ? are PTS porsche coloured bikes allowed ?.. Just picked up my epic XC race bike from the paint shop today. Come up perfect. ! Irish green and signal yellow, colour matched.
^ that is hawt.
i am waiting for my 2018 Sworks Tarmac in ruby stone and acid green. oh, i am not kidding...
and for the first time in my life, i will ditch campy super record and try shimano dura ace Di2 for once.
it's not OT thread. it is about porsches, bikes and dogs... mostly just about passion. the value thing is cool and all but hey, the money is out the door already and you can't take it with u. so that is thatl

Mooty, I organized a short Sunday drive for Spyders, we are going to see the unveiling of the just restored Wolf Countach at Valtellina Motors, john at Vitesse is doing this just for us. want to bring your spyder and come along?
Nice numbers. DonÂ’t think I could maintain 90 cadence for 5hrs. How did you manage to find 2,500ft of vert in south Jersey? truth
Thanks Nizer. That was total, all added up. A little here, a little there over a 100miles.
I started with a 75 cadence earlier in the yr and trained to get to 90. Now I am so used to it, that if I go below, I change up a gear. I guess I got my legs used to it.

Rim brakes or waiting for disc frameset? Rim looks so much better, but I'm heavy enough to appreciate discs.
onc you try dura ace di2, you never go back to SRAM or Campy. just doesn't happen.
i will ping you soon, i need the entire Dura Ace DI2 grouppo with direct mount rim brakes and correct BB for 2018 tarmac s works

90rpm is great. with 50/34 rings, i run 11/27 cassette. at 7% i can only hold 70rpm with 21 cog. and that's on a good day ha. some of the cat 1 cat 2 guys around me pass me like i was going in reverse.

That's quite a pace (and avg HR) Raj. Please tell me that was a group ride and not solo.
I've never tried an electric drivetrain. I don't deserve such luxuries, tho I have to say I've struggled a bit switching from Shimano to SRAM shifters...
