I hope now all those RSs sitting at Dealers with stupid mark-ups all go at MSRP. I hope all those Dealers who paid $20,000 plus, from other Dealers, who have been trying to rape the market lose money

Mine says pdk only too. She correct about the 4.0 manual for the 991.2 GT3, and that they were going to make a 991.2 GT3 RS. I hope all these speculators lose a lot of money and we can go back to enjoying cars the way they were meant to be enjoyed. I have never paid over msrp for a car and don't plan to ever.

I wonder if history repeats itself in 2007 The RS was unobtanium with $50K over MSRP required to get one.
FF to 2010RS post Lehman and the 997.2RS, even the 4.0 was @ MSRP for a couple of years and used 207RS @ 25% below MSRP.

Didn't AP say that the GT3 is a combination DD and track car while the RS predominately a track car? Didn't he also say that for track performance PDK-S was the only way to go? In other words, I would not be so sure of MT in the RS.

It was unlikely from what AP said but then again after seeing the order book of the gt3
Maybe they changed their minds?

This site has its MT enthusiast and they are vociferous in demanding MT. Yet, they represent a small minority of buyers for the GT3 and GT3RS. I suspect less than 20% want MT and after the first orders the demand for MT will be Kaput.
I don't believe Porsche will be swayed by what they read here.

People here quote him like he wrote the New Testament. When in truth, he's writing for the gossip columns. And we eat it up.
