That is one of the first times I have looked at a .2 GT3 and preferred the front end of it to the .1. A lot of photos are slightly more side on which seems to give it a 'chinless' look. Here it looks great.
My future car !... I locked (for the second time !) Chalk last Friday.... hopefully won't regret it, but either way I won't see the colour from the inside when driving
For those of you going black, do not overlook the standard non-metallic. It is a brilliant and pure black. With the aluminum trim and satin aluminum or base wheels it would be breathtaking.
JBM is nice too but the non-metallic takes black to another level. And perhaps more classic too, if that's your look.
+1 Non metallic black would be the pick if contrast with the aluminium trim. Would make it very classy.
Here's a slightly better look at that dark brushed aluminum trim (from my 991.1 GTS). I'm a big fan of this trim. Elegant and very understated. And feels and looks high quality too.
I was under the impression the black trim in the touring was different again to the silver or anthracite ? Or is that the black in your car ?

http://www.porsche-code.com/PJUUG4T0 Plus aftermarket seat change to brown aniline leather, possible decals yet to be decided. Maybe matte black R stripes with yellow pin stripe. Harness bar in rear and Schroth harness. Carbon fire gear stick. Carbon fibre gurney flap.

I don't find that Jet Black has too much fleck in it and that (to me anyway) is a little more interesting and has a bit more depth than plain black....and JBM doesn't show swirl marks over time as easily....so went with JBM with aluminum trim. Just received a set of 991r rocker Porsche stickers in black stripe with red Porsche logo..discreet but a nice detail. This car was the look I am after and the most anticipated new car delivery I may ever have had?

Thinking you may have nailed it!
As these Touring GT3's should start popping up in real life soon, I'm looking forward to owner's impressions and reports.
The hypotheticals have been beaten to death...

Spot on. Very nice decal compliments for the black. Good point on the swirl marks/JBM. I do recall someone else saying the same thing that over time as a black JBM would be easier to maintain.

JBM is almost like a midnight navy suit, you get a lighter black/blue hue under bright daylight which contrasts against the matte black trim but at night under incandescents or in the orange of morning and afternoon sun it gets super inky blacker than black if that makes any sense. The non metallic black is a pure black that looks a lot darker compared to JBM in bright daylight but may appear lighter and less inky in other lighting. No bad choices, purely personal preference.
