Well for me never owned Porsche ...and I'm 3rd on a list .
But I guess Porsche don't care.
To fulfill all sold owners that dealers have.
All well will leave my deposit there until the dealer tells me no go.
It's been a year that I had given the deposit.
All I can say Is I'm disappointed.

I was contacted yesterday by a Western NY dealer. I was 3rd on the list and thought I'd get one (they received 3 991.1 cars). I was told, "all allocations have been handed out" and they only received 1 car.
I was first on the list for an R. I realize that was a different story but I have to say after 8 Porsches, I'm considering a different brand.

Why blame Porsche? What was the scuttlebutt on the M CS from BMW? Did BMW care to build enough for everybody that wants one? I'm too lazy to search on those forums but I bet its no different than on here. Especially for first time late to the party but want one anyway crowd.

Does it mean the dealer still deciding as to whom will be given the allocation or that all allocations have been given to its better clients and those who made a deposit but don't get any call will have nothing?

Ask to speak to the GM. Maybe the SA does not know if all the allocations they got have been given to customers, but the GM does. Be nice. Be honest. It goes a long way. Make them want to pick you (offer to trade your current Porsche at less than trade value to get an allocation at MSRP).

in total 12 CY 2017 allocations and promised 5 clients CY 2018
allocation. (I do not know how many CY 2018 allocation they have
since received)
All allocations were sold at MSRP, however, no trade-in; no allocation,
period. VIPs did not required trade-ins.
They gave me MSRP for my GT4 and they sold it at 30k(CAD) over
the same day; my car never hit the show room floor. They are being
very fair and I love working with my dealership.

PCNA just start to real release them last Thursday so it's possible that your dealer has not received their share of allocation yet.

From what I've seen with the first round of allocation, it took many days for the PCNA to distribute all the allocations out. Some dealer got their sooner than others and I'm guessing some dealers are still waiting for theirs.
PCNA just start to real release them last Thursday so it's possible that your dealer has not received their share of allocation yet.

New allocation dropped this morning
My NC dealer mailed me a few minutes ago to say new allocations dropped today. They've got a couple more '18's coming plus a couple '19's (manufactured in '18). This in addition to the two '18s already inbound.
It's looking like my allocation will come due in the first half of 2019.
I'm first on the list for a "Touring" should that be announced - there is zero official word on that today.
