Happy to provide amusement.
Incidentally, now that I know y'all are interested, I'm sincerely hoping everyone that wants it gets ED as it's my understanding that if a car goes to ED the dealership tends to get a replacement allocation for it.
So that could increase my changes of getting the magical call.

ED would be a blast though for anyone getting it!

For the last few months they can only do 8 cars at Leipzig a day, 4 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon, as they were renovating the 2nd floor delivery centre. That combined with the shut down of the Zuffenhausen delivery centre means Euro delivery is in very short supply.
But it should be better come September, the Leipzig work would have been finished and they can take more customers there.

One of them is in Kelowna, by the Wyant brothers of Porsche Saskatchewan. Should be opening soon.
The other one will in Richmond BC, a joint venture by Dilawri aka Porsche Vancouver and Open Road aka Porsche Langley. There is a story to that, Porsche Canada was listening to bids or the new dealership, to prevent a 3rd party from spoiling their market, Dilawri and Open Road submit a 50/50 join bid and won.

Last I heard they still get an extra allocation but of another model, not a GT car.

Now I wait to hear from my dealer.

I need to change my strategy.
Doing a bit of calculations here.
Bellatrix clearly has more pull than I do.
He's replacing his 2015 GT3.
He's listed a 2006 red Boxster in his sig.
Clearly that one's overdue for replacement as well, and what could be better than my Boxster GTS (in RED!!) to replace it??
So I gotta start working on Bellatrix to convince him that nothing would be better than if his SA had MY Boxster available for him to buy and there's only one way that's gonna happen.
