Excited for those of you with allocations. Manual and 4L aside, the aesthetics of this thing are gorgeous. I love that they've added black accents which has never been done on the GT3. The front apron is wild looking. It has a more traditional GT3 look to it whereas the feel the 991.1 stepped away from that a little.

I took interest in AP specifically suggesting that people don't try to add a LWFW as it will kill the engine.

This is more then what we (I) expected. They (Porsche) has done it again. So what do I do? More sleepless nights.

your dealer will hand you over the pen - which will cure the insomnia. (at least until 3 weeks before your .2 will be delivered )

i think this is blabla... if you drive it not stuttering - and with fine blipshift when fast. it will not hurt.

I picked up on that. The green one was reputedly his. Presumably it went to "Porsche family" or was a prototype.

Finally at a desktop this morning to enjoy pics in full glory!

Specs sound amazing with all right options available from the start (for those looking for PDK, still on fence).

I was in the Canada microsite and see a roll cage....thought that was no-go for North America?

True - but you don't need many boxes with a car like this. Unlike my Turbo where I really wanted to kit it out, if I was getting a GT3, I'd be very spartan with the build.

The version of the story that I have heard is that this car was used as a prototype to test the process for the PTS R.

they will pump out units - we never have seen so many GT3! and it is good like this.

The rev counter is differnt which were shown. one is starting with 8.500rpm with red small lines till 9.000rpm. The other one is keeping yellow small lines till 9.000rpm.

you nailed it, kudos to you!

I thought it might be more like 5%

at least the NAV and the APP are for free :-)

Okay, the fact that only red interior stitching is available will annoy many who want to match the yellow PCCB. Unless Exclusive options have yellow are easily accessible.
