That won't happen to non-title issues cars in a normal $350K build configurations in the retail world. 650s hasn't hit that level for a 5Km car yet.

of course it’s nonsense- it’s the internet.
people pay for what they value. If you value 720 great go ahead and buy it. Me- I don’t value it enough to take a 150k bath in 18 months.
im willing to pay over msrp- for a gt3 rs.
in the end but what you want but if you think nonsensical banter ain’t your thing- best to stay off the internet.

12C/650 are more akin to the 458/Huracan/Gallardo/ R8/ Turbo S/ F12/ 599 curve of rarity and depreciation...let’s stop trying to compare “standard production†cars from any brand to the limited stuff.
The 675LT, 650 LeMans, those are closer to the GT3/RS or Speciale type cars. Sure their hype leads to some wacky speculators but if you base the ADM into the mix then I know plenty of guys that have lost a jillion bucks on GT3RS, 458’s etc. and I guarantee you some guys will lose money on 911 R’s, GT2RS as well. Congrats to whoever bought a white/red dual mass flywheel 911R for 520,000.
Rationally- McLaren integrated a second product line to help reformat the marketplace. The 570 despite being 200k + is in fact 40-50% cheaper than their Super Series cars and that will keep values more separated via performance.
So- 15,000 mile 2014 GT3 vs 2014 650S vs Gallardo vs R8 vs 458
650: 190-200k faster, comes in cooler colors, best Suspension
GT3: 120k has negative engine stigma but cheaper and more stable, bigger market of buyers, more sorted interior,
Gallardo: 110-130,000 cramped, lame AWD, cooties for being old model,
R8: 125- 130,000 gray or silver, lame transmission
Turbo S: 135,000- probably white or silver
458: 175,000 ( Red/Tan! ) retail which means trade value is probably 150 ish (needs tires and big service)
Some people do use their cars to the sharpest end of the stick and therefore things like light weight and functionality trump depreciation a bit
2016: 675 VS 458 SP vs GT3RS vs ??
675 is fastest, 80 colors in USA, rarest, lightest
458 sounds Best is most brittle, least practical
RS only comes in 4 colors, most luggage space if you don’t have a cage
2017: Performante vs 720 vs GT2RS vs 488
720: not Limited
Performante: not limited
GT2RS: not limited (lol)
488: not limited

I'm aware that you are both quite gullible and exceedingly comfortable operating under a substantial degree of cognitive dissonance.
Apart from CJ, I am probably the most engaged IMSA enthusiast in this thread?
Can you list the races that the Huracan GTD has won since inception of the platform? I'll give you a hint, it won't take very long.

Continental may be coming down it's late October if not perhaps spring. There are plenty of Mclarens here a few 675LT's one of which was ordered from you he also has a 720s on order.

Either way the car is very fast but vs the R8...the R8 has had more success internationally.
I will say this- LAMBO HOSPITALITY BABES. WHOA.

You do know the .2RS is coming.
I was offered a rare PTS RS for sticker last week(big sticker), but passed because I already have the .1RS even though it is plane Jane UV.
Good luck to you.

i still haven't picked up a 570 i want one but i just don't know what the used car market is like for it. i had a Turbo S and took a bath so I didn't want to do that again so I didn't buy a new 570 yet, now I found a used one that seems pretty reasonably price maybe its finally worth a try?
are you guys still lovin your 570s?

Do you think your not go to be well under sticker, plus the $18K of juice you just spilled?

as as I said before , people pay what they value. I’m much more confident in resale of rs than a 720.

A shame for Audi that they don't have a car in IMSA next year, as of right now, after Stevenson pulled out. Hate it especially for Lawson; had dinner with him in Elkhart Lake back in June. They have dropped their Turn One Club hospitality location at Sebring; Porsche may take it.
I recall that you dropped me like a hot potato to go enter the rarefied confines of Lambo Hospitality at Laguna Seca. Can't blame you.

Thinking of pulling the trigger on a 570S Spider for now, will trade the Coupe in for it and scratches that new car itch.
Perfer to wait for the next LT or 720 Spider I think and skip the coupe.

The turn one Sonoma thing was because of one of the business people involved not because of audi!
