FWIW, these do make getting in and out that extra bit more difficult...which may or may not be a thing for you. I've got the normal P1 seats and find the absolute perfect and beyond comfortable (even the rake). They are also 5500-6k bucks...and at the end of the day just look a little cooler, and save a few more LBS, but not a major amount over the p1 seats, so make sure you TRY them first and love them! I know I didn't...

They also sit nice and low giving lots of headroom (I was the geek that came to the showroom with my helmet to test the room and there was plenty - I have a tall torso...)

Id have to try them and see. But TY for the info. I just like that we have so many choices available to us. If a dealer is giving you nonsense, just go elsewhere to another brand.

I think the Senna seats are the best I've ever tried and one of the things that attracts me to the 600LT most. Much more supportive than P1 seats (might not be an issue on the street). Maybe they just fit me better than they fit you...

Once in they are fine, I'm pretty thin (size 29/30 jeans) but with wider shoulders (6 ft 2in height) and the P1 seats fit me great, but the senna seats just didn't do it for me, granted they look F-ing awesome...not surprised the want is strong with them!

This, I and McLaren has been beyond welcoming of all their new buyers who have come from the Porsche GT world.

Yeah, I'm pretty lardy (38" waist) with broad shoulders and short legs and tall torso (only 5'11", but torso like I was 6'4") - the Touring version fit me like a glove. Sounds like you should fit better in the narrow version. Do you know which you tried (they look the same)?

I recall that the blue Senna at Bernadus car week had the larger touring seats. For a waist is over 35", probably the better option.

On a McLaren LT car, the Senna seats are a must-have, just like the Goldrake seats are for the 488.

Im not buying one, yet, so will deal with it if the time comes. Would have to sell the 488 which is not an option at this time..

Bernadus car had the touring seats. I'm getting regular senna seats in my Senna because I'd rather have no wiggle room in an aero car on track but for the street I'd get touring, even if I was skinnier. (6'1, 190)
