Would this even be called a GT3 (GT3 Touring)? If so I wonder if its the same waiting list, or a different one....

 

Update to the GT2 RS

my dealer will get exactly ONE to sell, similar to the R (he got one here as well)
which would imply similar production numbers of the GT2 RS to the R or potentially even less?

I don't think it will be a limited car per se but very limited production

GT3 RS will come in 2018

no news to the GT4 RS and the timing of its arrival

p.s. he got 4 allocations for the GT3 in 2017

 

Do you know more about 991.2 RS and 991 GT2 RS?
manual/PDK, price, units...

 

.2RS will be only PDK; Porsche/AP has been very clear about this
Price? No clue, but probably 5-10% increase? Limited only by daily factory production like .1RS.

 

How does a dealer get allocations and the rest do not as of yet. Maybe wishful thinking?

If it wasn't for the fact that they don't like wearing seat belts and thus DOT had to outlaw unpadded roll cages for North American cars, everyone could have ordered factory roll cages.

 

My Dad used to call people who don't wear seat belts as "thinning out the herd."

 

If the only issue is the padding though, wouldn't they just slap some padding on it??
