Will be good to see the RSR spec...
The GTS is coming, inc targa
I've been told that the Panamera wagon will be on the road around this time next year, so Geneva launch seems more likely. (I'm getting one of the first ones, and yes, it will kill my RS6; great car though it is). If it's launched in LA, I'd better start saving more quickly!

It is the DFI motor:
"The new 911 RSR makes full use of the breadth of the Le Mans 24 Hours GT regulations, and in addition to systematic lightweight design, features the ultra-modern, flat-six unit positioned in front of the rear axle. The four-litre, extremely light aggregate features direct fuel injection as well as a rigid valve drive and is characterised by outstanding efficiency. The new 911 RSR will make its debut at the Daytona 24-hour race in January 2017."

Also interesting (in that link above) is that the RSR is keeping Hydraulic power steering (unlike Cayman GT4 Clubsport)! Wish that was still an option on a road Porsche...
And with 510hp, guess it has to be NA - bit of a reversal from earlier news...

Dig it. Nice improvements all around. Engine placement, better aero, way more diffuser etc. Also liking the old schoolish paint scheme. This car certainly looks more like it's competition now in GTLM. Although I'm not sure it's as aero friendly as the Ford GT's which is still the car to beat..

I know its not Porsche content but I cant help myself. 510 bhp SUV with carbon and alloy construction and 0-100 in low 4s. Sorry for the video soundtrack...
