Sat down with the GM today and finalized the build.

Only one CXX option- leather wrapped steering column.

Feels good to finalize it!!

Considered yellow stitching.... But I just couldn't justify the $6k cost.

Same with the painted engine cover at $4,000. Ouch! I can have a local (top-notch bodyshop do it for far less).

Now the wait til January continues to be brutal.

Not sure if you are aware, or care...your door pulls will be silver and your belts are yellow. Unless you specify/pay for different color pulls.

Congratulations friend, nice spec. When does it lock? That's the next milestone and relief. If I were you, I'd start on the therapy sessions now! I waited too long and was just sent this instead of my helmet bag.

 

The wheels aren't going to stay silver (I think) so it doesn't matter, correct? Silver is the best color to start with for powder coating?
