991 GT2RS

Echoing GL and some others on the LT vs RS thing...the LT is way faster. The RS is more approachable to 85% because of extra tire size and rear steering but the LT driven well only falls victim to the viper ACR-E or P1/918 (never seen a LaFerrari on a track day). Getting 98-100% out of any car is a real challenge.
There are a lot of magical club tracks where one car beats everything but for legit big professional racing tracks like COTA, Road Atlanta, etc the LT is faster than the RS because it will hit 10-15MPH higher trap speeds and higher acceleration out of corners. It's 150-250lbs lighter and 170 more HP.
That being said- the GT2RS seems geared at killing the ACR's track dominance or more price wise: the SuperMarioCippolini Arabiatta Lambo.
There will be a lot of comparisons about the 285k lambo and 290k GT2RS. Head to head. Here come the headlines:
"Too rich to lose"
"Wing FTW"
"Axis of Horsepower"
The Ford GT vs 720S vs GT2RS vs Lambo vs 488 TurboScan SwiftyMode vs BAC Mono vs Ducati 1299 vs MB AMG GTR
We are blessed just to be teased with this much active aero and carbon brake rotors.

Options are great!
But I only want a 911.
The RS is close to perfect for my hobby.
Now it's perfect + 2 turbo's
I hope to make a 50% depreciation happen on my RS.
No matter how hard I tried, I never managed more than about 20%.
Love the purple thing tough, I hope I can keep it and get the new one!

Exactly! Here is what Porsche didn't make enough of in just the past several years (I'm sure I missed some)
997.2 GT3 RS
997.2 GT3 RS 4.0
997.2 GT2 RS
991.1 GT3
991.1 GT3 RS
991.1 R
Soon 991.2 GT3 (based on all the whining and ADM discussion)
in retrospect the 918 due to used values now
....

just the bold ones were an issue if we speak about lack of allocations DURING THE TIME WERE YOU COULD HAVE BOUGHT THEM BRAND NEW back in the days. just this is counting... the rest is speaking about the lottery numbers of yesterday...
jummy!
it is here!
tomorrow also into the configurator.
so sad to be able to configure something i and many here will not be able to buy.
even if they will produce 2.500units ww. i guess.
