Yup, maybe I should have read the article. But Dominguez Hills... That is in the Ghetto. Well outside the gates of of the park. They will have to run Sound Restrictions I'm almost certain. Unless they worked something out the City. But I remember Hear Ascot Raceway when I was a youth staying the night at friend's house in Carson.
