Sticker shock, don't crash the RS

I called the dealer to get the air scoop inserts ordered (so I can paint them UV) but didn't when he told me they list at over $600 each. That's not the shock though as while he was on that parts page, he told me the price of the front fender on the RS. Ready for it? $14,000 each!! I'm pretty sure my insurance company has no clue as to RS parts pricing. Ouch!

So if something hits you head on you're potentially looking at $43K plus the cost of the front aero, headlights, labor costs and any suspension damage?

Once you get in the RS club you don't want to break anything.
I can't wait to see the price for the wing and uprights. Converting a GT3 to an RS rear end will have few takers this time. Porsche doesn't like in-brand counterfeits it would seem.
