So come on all, show you're messy, to small, badly organised and just lovely places where you love to spend your time.

Three Wheelin'
hah nice - Malibu Country Mart has turned into such a mess with the pandemic - though I thought 918anon was somewhere in the Mid-West but maybe I'm mis-remembering that

Purchased a few years ago and have been remodeling/updating the House and stand alone wide 2 car garage (one of the reasons why we purchased). I've been following this thread for a couple of years now looking for inspiration and ideas.
Oh...and I'm a Baller on a Budget. So take that for what it's worth.
Started with an empty shell with 12' high ceilings - sheetrock screwed to the walls, but not finished. Epoxy on the floor and not much else.
Added a new man door on the back. Removed sheetrock from walls, re-wired outlets - added 220V. Insulated walls, sheetrock back up and finished/painted. Built a temporary wood scaffold on wheels to gain access to the upper part of the walls and ceiling. Framed in attic access and insulated attic area with blow in cellulose (R60). Poured a slab and built a soundproof closet with temperature controlled exhaust fan on the back for air compressor then piped in air using Rapid Air. Building (aka the 'Toy Box') ~500 sq ft now Climate controlled with a Pioneer Mini-Split. Added Bendpak 4 post lift with RBJ.
Added a 924S race car door and have a 911 long hood as wall art to go with a few other items I've collected over the years.
Moved the cars in just last weekend.
Still a few minor things to do - going to replace the gable end window with a Dusk/Dawn activated LED backlit window box housing the Porsche stained glass piece I bought of another lister a couple of years ago. The stag horns, lettering and the house of Stuttgart had been hand painted by the PO. I took it to a professional sign painter and had it re-done (sorry - pic of glass is is before).
Anyway...thanks for reading. Did all of this myself over the span of a year.

No one can get into the garage except me
my garage only contains cars and car parts and car posters and memorabilia and car tools and car stuff so no need for anyone but me to be in there. once in a while the dogs lie in front of the garage and that's ok but they cant go in further

Correct, Always clean before the indoor cover goes on. Otherwise, dust sitting on paint for a prolonged period of time, like winter, will eventually bond to the surface, even ceramic coated cars.
