I hope/suspect this will mean more 911R.
Let's hope that also means more RSs.

..... with more than 25 RS's (if I counted correctly) for sale on Autotrader why would Porsche bring more RS's to the US .... when just looking at the number of cars available for sale looks like there is over supply..... (or none of them sell at these prices.... which will mean prices will come down to a reasonable level.....)

Teir 2 Poor Status.... great
It's bizarro world...never knew it was so hard to buy a car for MSRP even when I have the money to do so. First world problems, I know I know.

You are kidding, right? There are about 35 USED RSs that are marked up $100k to $200k over MSRP for sale on autotrader. I'm sure there are a handful of dealer speced RSs out there at way over MSRP too. The fact that you see that should be a signal to PAG to send more RSs to the US STAT!

This is all funny. Please no more RSs and I hope they all sell for $300,000 - it will just make my GT3 worth more(or depreciate less) in the long run. Any one with a GT3 paying more than $20,000 over MSRP for an RS I think is insane.

Complicated situation for the mother company.

At least 35 cars sitting at dealer lots and a long line of people waiting to spec their own car.

PCNA really need to put their foot down. There are plenty of buyers lined up, just not at the prices dealers are trying to get.

Time to go the Ford GT route. Order RS directly from PCNA and give dealer that helps out with delivery a check for the little hassle.

This madness needs to stop.

The " madness " is right here on Rennlist(perhaps some other forums) and at C&C. If you're a normal and reasonable person, you put a deposit down at your dealer(not in 10 places ) early and wait. If you get one fine,if not,you do not act like a raped gorilla and move on.

You know, in real estate they say if a home hasn't sold in 30-45 days it's overpriced and price needs to be adjusted lower for it to sell. I wonder how long these stealers can/will stick to their stupid asking prices.

Also relevant since the stealers want MORE $$ than what people spend on a house for some of these cars...

I don't know about the other guys who want an RS, the car doesn't have a $300k+ want factor/value for me so I'll wait. If I going to spend $300k-$400k on a car it'll be for a Speciale not an RS.

Problem is,

That dealers can control the market of RS. Let's say 100 new allocations show up. Dealers spec them all on speculation. Then market will be what dealers decide it to be. Kind of like it is today😉

I'm very sure that AP and his team would much rather see these cars used al'a TRAKCAR than sitting unsold.
