still rumors until we see the blatantly leaked spy shots but I have been inquiring everywhere and telling them to run it up the flagpole. I have been getting really varied responses but what I have asked is to be placed on the list since sometimes I am telling them what seems to be more than they know at the store.

among dealers (who talk to each other about these types of things) they are hearing similar rumors about a narrow bodied 1970's Carrera RS style hot rod engine/ lightweight manual trans car.



just for reference- I really think that this will be EXACTLY like the sport classic car that was most recently sold in very limited production. At the time I am fairly sure we all passed on it because we already had 997GT3 cars.

it will not be a GT3RS killer or anything like that but a blended parts special between GTS and GT3/RS with a unique visual style. I would love to have a lighter, more raw NA hot rod before they switch everything to turbos (hybrids will be next after we go full turbo)
