CJ-- Will this be the Pepita used on the 911R and other LE cars? Please let us know when you get it in and the cost per sq. meter. At the time I did my seats, it couldn't be ordered from PAG, or at least my dealer didn't know how to do it.
BTW, congrats on your dealership acquisitions. I lived outside Fresno for 3 years back in the '70s building a thoroughbred horse ranch for a Japanese investor. If you're driving out E. Kings Canyon Rd. (Hwy. 180) sometime, look for "Fuji Farm" painted on the roof of some pole barns past Centerville and just before the Kings River crossing.

do you have a Porsche part code for the Pepita inserts like the 911R? Thanks
Others have reported problems trying to buy them from US dealers, and prices quoted have been quite high. C.J. from Porsche of Fresno said they could order them on 05/22/2017 in response to the post of mine you quoted above: https://rennlist.com/forums/991-gt3-...l#post14204779
That was almost a year ago, now. Who knows how things might have changed since then?
Good luck,
TT

I am going for the Houndstooth inserts in my car - aftermarket as I didn't know you could get them via CXX when I placed my order. There is a specialist Porsche interior restorer here in the UK that has material woven to match the early pattern and will soon have ready made, replacement inserts for the LWBS at very reasonable prices. They are very easy to replace (takes 5 mins) and uses the original foam and includes all other fittings. I believe he is the supplier Tom Tweed used for his material and I am sure he would ship to the US at cost.
I am hoping to have a set shortly after Easter and will post some pics - he is pretty much the best early Porsche interior restorer in the UK so I am expecting the quality to be excellent.
Speak to Garry (classicfx on here) or contact via his website http://classiccarrestorationsurrey.co.uk/ - I am sure if there was enough interest, he could do a deal for Rennlisters / group the postage etc.
Quick update - Garry supplied and fitted a set of the seat covers for me today and I think they look fantastic. Beautifully made and easy to fit, took 10 mins to swap over. The material is classic merino wool houndstooth as used on some of his classic restorations. It is different to the 911R material but I have it on my 1971 911 and it is very comfortable and wears well.
He now offers these ready made at a very reasonable price. Easier if you are in the U.K. of course but not that difficult to ship.

Gorgeous, so 457 pounds plus shipping for both seats?
That's a good deal. $640 USD at current exchange rate. Shipping would probably be about $80 to the U.S. I'm guessing. That's less than I paid to do mine buying Garry's fabric and having them fabricated here.

Yeah, I'd be all over that if true...waiting for confirmation.
Just an update to the above, I also recorded a couple of "how to" videos for replacing the covers.
I'm working on some sample materials as used in the 911R so watch my website for updates. I can trim these covers in pretty much any Porsche material or seating materials supplier by us or customers.
You will have to excuse the my mumbling in places but your'll get the idea
Yes, £457 plus shipping for a pair of covers. You use the existing foam pads and the covers swap over in about 10 mins. Garry’s videos are helpful - take a little care with the Velcro and its very straightforward. That is my car Garry is doing in the video.
I was out in the car this morning for a drive / breakfast meet and three or four GT3 / GT4 guys has a good look and asked if they were OEM. The material and pattern is different but the finish and quality is excellent.
Very happy with them. People also loved my son’s booster seat (look carefully on the passenger seat).
