Sounds good to me. Not sure if I'd keep the 997. Asset investment aside.

Italian AUTO magazine just tested the Rs at Balocco race track.Heavy car , 1.473.5 kg (with roll cage,Pcm, sport Chrono, lift, standard brakes, sound plus packet, 90 lt fuel tank,no fuel) + high temperature (29°degrees) = slower than regular Gt3 on race track and 0-100 km/h (tested during winter 2013).

Balocco race track time
Gt3 : 2'43"22
Rs : 2'45"78
0-100 km/h
Gt3 : 3.37 s
Rs: 3.61 s
0-1000 mt
Gt3 : 20.64 s
Rs:20.97 s

wow...75kg over a 997 4.0 with same configuration
about laptime...really not to care much about, track conditions...probably dirt since races not taking place there...and too hot affecting tyres grip (with air at 29°...track surface can be around 50° centigrade in a summer sunny day), play a big role in this kind of comparisons
btw i remember that test with 991 gt3, it registered astonishing performances acceleration....even better of 991 turbo s tested the same day...
