Man, they HAVE to give us some answers this week. Track season is upon us, and for those of us in colder climates, we only get to properly use these cars for a handful of months. I’m committed to this car (I’ve already bought several sets of tires, and a lot of other stuff) but they really need to communicate better and soon, as I won’t wait forever. Caught myself looking @ 3.8 RS’s again today. Owning one is a scratch that is getting closer and closer to being itched. I don’t like the prices currently but still a bit cheaper than my GT3 that has been collecting dust @ the port in Halifax since mid-February and I could have the RS in my garage next weekend.

We all have an assigned rep.
Call the number you've been calling, likely 800.767.7243 (option 3). Give them your case number (assuming you got one?) if handy. If not, give them your car's commission number. Then ask them for the name and contact info for the "assigned rep" who is handling your particular car / case. It should be someone at PCNA HQ, area code 770.
Hope that helps.

I had asked a 918 buyer visiting the factory to ask about the GT3. He was told by the President of Porsche Canada that the problem is related to bolts specifications and the issue is getting the parts from the supplier.
If this is correct we may be in for a long wait. I am now slowly changing my mind and if told they will get back to us once again without any specifics it would be an indication Porsche does not have a handle on the problem and I may just pull the plug.

If there is no definitive answer of dates for fixes from Porsche on this next announcement, I will walk from my port rotting GT3. Mine was completed in December, and I have yet to even catch a glimpse of it. All this waiting is frustrating and not worth spending my hard earned money on. I'll take a back seat and try again at a later date with something else.
