I read that a few of you posted that RL was ruined back in 2020 for whatever reason. Way back in the day RL was reallllly uptight. Assclowns used to fax pics of beers to some guy in order to be in some stupid club, and then post in a way that alienated all others on the board. It was elitist and they were all freakin' ******. There wasn't a time looking through threads where you didn't read "do a search" by some guy who thought very high of himself. You'd get harassed by those clowns if you didn't have Rennlist Member next to your name because the site was privately owned by John D back then. Then he sold the site
It's much better now. It's a bit more open. With that you're going to get more fluff. I was never a search **** anyway.

I’m not so sure it’s for the better now. We’ve both been here for 20+ years and seen a lot of people come and go, the ones that stick around I feel have earned a certain seniority, don’t get me wrong I’m not saying the old way was better or the old guards were better guards, but this place wasn’t filled with as many clowns as before.
I do remember the search ****'s.....
usually I just provided the answers, camber, bbs fitment, how to kill this or that light off....
now the Qs' are different.

Mooty's value thread was my favorite on RL. Lack of politics and bickering. Just fun stuff like yummy espresso and other hobbies. Don't do FB, IG or other social media and don't have a GT3. Never posted anywhere till now. The complaints about content and thread location is a turn off already. Hope this new thread by Mooty steers toward the old fun stuff. Negative comments can be found elsewhere without trying too hard.

Those with the la marzocco convertible portafilter (came with the micra), how did you like it? I just ordered a regular bottomless portafilter with a 20g basket, wasn't digging the 17g (double) or the lip on the convertible

Just got back from a biz trip - hopefully your thread gets back online. I loved it. Its got coffee, food, orange GT3's, bikes, watches - what more do you need?
I Hate all the thread monitors / police who have nothing better to do than complain - sheesh. People aren't comfortable unless they're bitching about something. Its one of the few threads without fighting. I guess like anything else - some people may try ruin it too Leave it alone
