Those are good numbers. I've working on my fitness, got back into riding this year. I'm at 3w/kg. Goal this year is 3.5, but I'm not so sure I can get there. Either way I'm enjoying myself.

Pro cyclists are tough as nails. They'll crash into asphalt at 30-40mph wearing nothing but Lycra and jump back on the bike and grind up for another 100 miles, only to do it again for 21 days in a row. It's insane.

What amazes me are these cyclists crash but get back on the bike immediately to ride. Look at Fabio J who crashed but still get back on trying to compete in sprints in Stage 6 & 7. While you look at Lebron barely getting nick at the chin going off court to take a break.
