Impressive, especially for a Cal Weenie. (Sorry, just had to poke the bear on other non-Porsche topics surrounding Mooty.)
I knew you were a track veteran, but those metrics I will never exceed.
I woudl keep tracking. but I only have 1.25 eyes now.
so if you see me on the road, get the hell out of my way. b/c I really don't see everything....
no, I am not kidding.
ROK is a purist machine and I cut my teeth on Bianchi watching il pirate winning Le Tour

drive to ride
drive to get coffee
drive to eat
What did you break on 980? Don't you mean 992? How's the GT4RS?
980: a lot of stuff. I don't go easy. bouncing off redline is daily activity. the windshield is from tail gating... you don't want to know how much that glass is.
LOTS of stuff under car replaced. I don't like to stop for dip or speed bumps and I don't believe in FAL.
shocks are done. OHLIN TTX in.
yes I mean 992, not 991
GT4RS not a bad car but not that great either.
apparently this is a car forum. so today I abuse her.
201 miles today in 964RS
some love to argue 991 more raw than 992 etc
well both are like sofa next to this
when driven hard the 964RS isn't as precise as GT3's and the rear will slide around, which is part of the charm.
no AC
very very heavy manual steering rack....
but it is fun
Very nice. You have the correct color too. I swapped over RS uprights, arms, rods, sways, mounts, clutch, light flywheel, dropped 300 lb on my air cooled. Haven't done the engine or gearbox yet. It's a long term project. A GT3 (and the RS's for that matter) feel luxurious in comparison. Lower limits, but there's no filter and the tiny size is fun.

Arena red... I like it.
we had similar color (Garnet) on 1986 928S growing up
