it is a great car. I almost bought it. Went to see it and owner was a super nice guy who texted me that he sold it for 212k. Not sure where the 247k comes from.
Broker bought it from the guy in AZ and flipped it to the dealer in Portland, OR which is where I found it. I saw it on autotrader but missed it by a few days.

paid almost 50k over MSRP for my olive green touring with 900 miles. 197k MSRP with approx 10k CXX options. I don't regret it for a minute. There is another level that these cars are going to IMO.
I got bored and just bought a 2018 CPO 991.2 TTS. White/Bordeaux Black interior... 230k MSRP, and the most leather I've ever seen spec'd on a 911... Looks like I may have secured an allocation on a 992 GT3 with this purchase. Possibly for the first MY, but for sure on a 2023 GT3.
Got tired of chasing and waiting on 991.2/992 GT3.
