That combo is a resale killer, used GT3/RS market is split into 2 groups. The overpriced that doesn’t sell and the good deals that last 2-3 hours online only to get resold to another small dealer to flip. There’s some RS’s I have seen for sale for the last 6 to 8 months that haven’t moved. I’ve followed this white 3400 mile 16’ RS get sold on Pcar back in 2020 for 154 then passed to a dealer in Miami for 193 now at a Ohio dealer for 218😂

I think some of these high asking prices are luring flippers into a false market

What details do you have about the carfax accident? Looks like based on the carfax language a simple Parking lot fender bender?

lol wow I saw manheim only gave it a 2.8 rating because of the damage and to think someone bought that and decided it’s worth another 25,000. I’ve learned that if a car is cheap and advertised more than a few days, there’s a reason it’s still for sale because in this market people are on it. It’s already been picked through with a fine tooth comb

Yes, I was so pissed.. I backed into a ford Expedition in a parking lot on a busy Friday.. knocked her rear light out and put a slice like pierce into rear bumperette. found the SUV driver and exchanged info.. then her husband reported it police.. wth?
so it became a carfax report.. repair was simple.. the slice was only about 6 inches and clean so was web/secured from inside... seam went back perfectly.. small blend was sprayed.. then entire bumperette re clear coated and smoothed out so a shadow won't show up later.. the local paint guy handles all the nice cars here.. there is NOW a rear camera view installed into the PCM.. it's totally reversible if you want to remove the camera.. anyway check in with reps at PNH they have all the info on the cars ownership and history..
YES, it's an early trade I'm in on a GT4RS and waiting on 3rd batch GT3.

I have been on the hunt for a 991.2 RS for the past few months (since selling my .1RS) Most of these cars are sitting until they get close to $250K and then sell quickly. I hope to find one in the next few months.

ha! I’m in talks with dealer on this car, he told me they paid well over 200k I’m trying to get him to 200 flat or no deal. You are bang on, there is a false market brewing, as these cars are not flying off the shelves…as things get back to normal, so will the resale prices

Feeler post...picking up my 992GT3 tomorrow.

Will consider parting with my 2016 991RS. its white with ceramics and buckets and 15k miles.
