Glad to see we're such a supportive community and that we don't attack people's listings for something arbitrary like colour choice.

Hopefully the person got a solid deal on it.

Either way, it still looks pretty decent on video

That's your opinion that it's a dumb choice. I love the color and have got nothing but compliments since owning, and yes I will get a premium for that color. Color is completely subjective, no need to bash the vehicle for something you clearly aren't interested in.

I myself am waiting for some new 991.2 additions to the classifieds in lieu of the 992s hitting the streets.

we don't know what price was paid and whether or not the buyer knew about the history. If the car was sold at $240k and history not disclosed, there's definitely going to be a lawsuit involved because that car is worth at least 100k less.

A lawsuit on what grounds? If McLaren Charlotte was unaware because the car had a clean CARFAX, are they liable ?

Do you really think they were unaware? That all they did to check history of the car was to run a car fax?

It's not whether or not they knew, but rather can it be proven that they knew?

Nah, it’s much simpler than that. If they ripped someone off the buyer could go scorched earth and destroy their reputation. That would probably do more damage to them than just buying the car back.

That scenario has nothing to do with a lawsuit.
