my point, is quite clear but I am not surprised that you did not get it since you selected that paint code. Its a rather dumb choice, at least should have opted for a fancier name since you think that PTS color garners a premium....

I have a Nardo Touring and its a great color and I get nothing but compliments from Pcar and Audi enthusiests and this is the first negative comment I have actually seen/heard. GLWS, she's a beauty!!!!

we don't know what price was paid and whether or not the buyer knew about the history. If the car was sold at $240k and history not disclosed, there's definitely going to be a lawsuit involved because that car is worth at least 100k less.

Nah, it’s much simpler than that. If they ripped someone off the buyer could go scorched earth and destroy their reputation. That would probably do more damage to them than just buying the car back.
