Not a shock. Supply exceeds demand now.

Market has gone parabolic but we're still up relative to 6 months prior, though in the last week I've had a few dealers negotiate ~5-10k off asking. Only time will tell how much of a correction we will see.

This car is local to me. My SA reached out a couple of weeks back with pics... Beautiful car but wrong color wheels for a Touring

The market is also quite choosy because this PDK car with no nose lift and steel brakes priced at $189 or $22k over MSRP isn't flying off the shelf.

I don’t see the brakes killing this one; no lift crosses it off of a lot of lists, a lot of nice houses have interesting
driveways.

Default GT3 Touring

Does anyone know the history or know of this car? Any obvious red flags, thinking of purchasing. Thanks.

That car @ $189k is far more appealing to me than $230k for a Touring with deviated stitching and other non-functional options. Then again, I'd want a car to track, not wax endlessly in my garage and flip on BaT again in a year. And when did FAL become a must-have? Would I option it? Yes. Would I pass on a good car that didn't have it? No.
