Default Center lock mounted OK?

Quick question guys.

See the attached photos, first one is from the front, last one from the rear, it seems that front mounted OK with the locking pin flush/pop out. But look at the last one, rear wheels, the pin is not sitting flush/flat , is it normal?

No. bottom one in is NOT locked. You need to pop it out using the tool that comes with the centerlock socket that takes off the cap and pops out the lock. Who mounted the wheels?

How do I do that? Do I need to unmount and mount again?

My local tire shop....

Like Joe said, use the small tool that comes inside the centerlock socket. Stick it in the opening of the lock and wiggle CW/CCW until it pops out. It might even pop out just by pushing it in a few times with your finger. No need to remove the wheel. If your local tire shop left it like this, then you might want to check for proper centerlock torque yourself or have them check the torque (on all four wheels) AFTER you get the lock properly out.

^^ looks ok now. Once had a dealer install 4 new tires and 3 CLs were not properly locked.

My tire guy (does trackside work) said when he audited the GT cars in the paddock at a Porsche event that 70% of the cars had one or more CL's not in the locked position

I believe, that's the reason my local PCA require all CL car remove the caps so the tech can see if they are locked or not.

Yes, but you should replace the caps after the inspection. It's always best to drive (and especially washing the car) with them on. Can get rust and dirt in there otherwise...

I always pull my caps during track days as I have had them blow off and disappear after a session. Usually one of the rears. I notice some guys leave them on and some guys pull them.

I wouldn’t trust anyone with centerlocks that’s not an authorized service shop. But I’m a very anxious person in general and I don’t gamble

Yeah, it's annoying to lose them at the track but Porsche is adamant that you leave them on (and I've seen the rust that builds up behind the locking mechanism if you go without for long).

Forget the plastic tool, notice the threads inside the locking device. Obtain a bolt that fits, I have one but forgot the size, perhaps someone doing the same thing can chime in. The bolt screws in and you can easily pull out the lock. The alternative solution is the needle nose pliers that can be spread to pull out the lock by twisting and pulling toward you.
