Just to be sure, Porsche is all done with allocation for the GT3 right? I was way down the list at my dealer so I plan on getting my deposit back as I am not interested in leaving it for another vehicle.

Whether they are all done is the subject of intense debate. That said, i would recommend staying on the list. It can easily be the case that some guys in front of you drop out, get arrested, get another car, whatever. I recently got an allocation when the guy in front of me traded his allocation in for an RS allocation. So, no downside to hanging around.

It's an absurdly high MSRP but not the highest in the US according to CAMS data which is just over $200k, this example is just over $195k.

Was he arrested?

Spoke to a SA in NE region.

30k for MT & 20k for PDK is the going rate.

He was pretty confident that cars move at that ADM. Crazy.

Seems like ADM's are increasing rather than decreasing as we get to the end of production. And the premium for manual is really high!

I have a customizable allocation with August delivery. I would sell, but not sure what I’d get since the RS is also selling with ADM

Have the same thing. There are still allocations left out there but very few...

Did I not say that was gonna happen? 😉 Weather is warming up, track days are open, the finality of the last 991.2 GT3 ( and probably last NA engined GT3) all will contribute to that.

People should understand. If you want a 1.2 GT3 right now, chances are you're going to be paying some sort of ADM.

No right or wrong. It just is.

That $195K doesn't include the $2750 in delivery and gas guzzler tax, so the MSRP would be closer to $198K on that Acid Green one. That puts the ADM on the asking price of $280K at about $82K. Seems a little excessive, even for a PTS car.

There's a blue PTS VIP car at my local dealer with a mere $192.5K MSRP that could be had for less, but still a hefty markup, if that green is not your thing.

At these prices I would just buy a '16 RS. Manual is nice but not worth that much money IMO. PDK-S is still great.
