Default Are GT3s with ADM moving off dealer lots?

I'm watching and the same players show up every week in the ads. Is it possible that these ADMs are just not getting paid and ASK is stagnant?
What are you seeing, appreciate all opinions.

Yes, my manual sold in less than a week for 15 over. I think the $2xx,000 cars will need to be adjusted or they will have birthdays.

I know of several that sold at 20/25/30k ADM. All but one of them sold within 2-3 days and some sold within an hour or two. Honestly, I'm rather surprised that there is anyone left who thinks 20K or more ADM is not market.

Yes, agree, they sell, even when they are not advertised anywhere, have good specs, and it’s the middle of winter here on the east coast.

And sales will heat-up further as the weather warms in the North and if it is true that production for the .2 GT3 will end with model year 2018

The bottom line is if you want one and can swing $150K you can likely swing $175-200K.....buy it and enjoy or try to time the market and maybe save some money but miss out on months of enjoyment.....

I can say over the years I have never regretted paying "too much" for a car.....the cost is long forgotten after a week or so of driving......

Thank you for the responses, much appreciated as I enter the search.
Really helps gauge where pricing is.

BTW, I had a verbal agreement during GT4 purchase to be on the list for 991.2 GT3 MT6 but since then both my SA and GM departed company and

...wait for it ...

nobody else knows about our verbal agreement.

Nowhere did it state that "new" cars were being offered.
In fact, I'm using the Porsche NA Pre-Owned National search website:
http://locator.porsche.com/ipl-custo...arch.ipl?cid=1

It specifcally searches for Pre-Owned so not to mistake for false, autosubmitted New as occurs in AutoTrader /Cars.com
As was succinctly pointed out none of these are anywhere close to MSRP...but good things are worth it and cash is king!

They sat on an Olympia Blue GT4 for months on end with a decent markup, but sold it at the end.

At the end of the day all it takes is one buyer willing and able...
