For one thing the public has spoken $35K ADM isn't gonna fly just like it is for all the flipper GT3's. They aren't even selling at $15K over. Poor guys aren't even getting their taxes paid back. Whambulance just pulled up.

this was a gt3rs, I looked at a local dealer today that has a nicely specd acid green rs today for 55k over, beautiful car....just cant get there mentally ....since it doesnt appear I will find a allusive "deal" on a gt2, I'm starting to search for 3rs's ....I paid +20 for my .1 3/rs back in 2016 in the middle of the frenzy an was happy with that ADM
Porsche Irvine has a GT3 allocation available. October build. Also an incoming GT3 RS and allocations available.
Do you know how much they want for the GT3 allocation?

Gotta love AutoNation and their corporate policy of buying out mom and pop stores/absorbing as many dealership regions as possible, where they can put the customer first!

They are looking for $25k ADM based on my communication.
You mean everyone that sold significantly over MSRP? Because every new RS sitting on dealer lots with an ADM ask during the last year eventually sold at way over sticker. There might be one or two still straggling out there, but a number of the remaining recently sold for material ADMs.
Hopefully AMDs will go away in the future, but it'll be for demand side reasons, because dealers are making too much money using the ADM model. Until the economy tanks or Porsche decides to crank up production, ADMs are going to be a reality for a lot of buyers.
IMO, ADMs are actually a result of Porsche UNDER-pricing their vehicles. If Porsche put an MSRP of $500k on a GT2RS, do you think there would be ADMs? What about a GT3RS at $400k or a GT3 at $250k. Mispriced cars at the outset makes room for scalpers.
